I hate my tech job

I am a network administrator in the WISP industry , I hate my job. My company basically resells internet from spectrum and att. Out LAN equipment constantly breaks, loses connection when it rains because most of our towers are not fed by fiber (makes sense because we deliver internet to remote areas, so has to be wireless) but still, it’s a pain in the ass. I have to go and fix what is broken at any time if the day. Worst part is being on-call.

I’m an underpaid, I get it I have not that much job experience. I understand I am growing and learning from mistakes but I hate to not be the smartest guy in the room. I am surrounded by pros with a short temper. Quite a stressful environment if you ask me.

I think I will work as an IT Administrator/technician as I heard that job is easy as fuck, chill and good pay.

Another alternative is to start my Tiling/bathroom remodeling company and become my own boss. I know how to do this shit better than anyone + my Mexican genes shine here.

Same I'm a developer and basically we r the only ones who work rest all they just lecture and command us those faggots
