my voice is only good if I'm in a 100percent comfortable environment, so when I'm alone my voice is fine

but in almost all circumstances I'm afraid someone says something bad to me or I'm afraid my voice sounds like shit when I start talking, and with all the pressure it then also does indeed sound terrible. I wish I could access my good voice all the time
