I'm looking at this while I'm taking a bath, I'm fed up because yesterday I was telling myself how bad I look and noticing every fucking imperfection of myself, and now I'm here looking at myself in the mirror and fucking happy with how good my jaw looks, my eyes, my porcelain skin, why?

Should I talk to my psychologist again? for him to tell me "those internet forums give you body dysmorphia and low self-esteem" I shit on everything
