I've been considering suicide for a long time. If I wanted to rope I wouldn't need assistance anyways, I'm just way too much of a coward to rope. I can't even escape this hell that I desperately want to escape.

I often feel that way too. What helps me is finding stuff to distract my mind(sports, gym, hobbies, ect) so I don't think about it as much.
