My maxilla is sooo recessed man I hate ts so much. If only I had good fucking habits growing up. Now im insecure and have to get lefort 1 and possibly double jaw. Fuck ass maxilla.

Yeah I'll have to talk about it with my surgeon in the future, I can't get surgery right now as im 16

i dont understand why your parents wouldnt buy braces to help stop this earlier in your life? its very common to do so in my country.
i feel bad for you man, obviously save for a maxilla surgery, probably Lefort III instead of Lefort I, because it will help your undereyes too.
you might need a surgery to bring your mandible backwards too, i am unsure if that is possible, and it would cost a tonne.
also hop on accutane, you have very bad comedonal acne.

Thanks for the advice but nga you cannot be serious, you can't get lefort 3 or even 2 unless you got in a major car accident and your face is severely deformed😭😂
