It's not their fault that they want to live in developed countries, everyone wants a better quality of life. The only problem with it is the cultural disagreements that happens between immigrants and native europeans, most modern western cultural beliefs can't coexist with eastern traditions, especially traditions from 2nd and 3rd world countries.
