i hate pinning anything because it makes my anxiety so bad

i got anxiety from reta because my stomach was hurting so bad when i took it, and i took insulin today and ik to go hypo from insulin u have to seriously fuck it up but i ate the right amount of carbs with my dose and i took it at 3pm its 10pm now but im so scared im gonna go fucking hypo bc my stomach hurts. lowkey may not ever take anything just for this reason
