i wanted to go to sleep at 23:00
now its 01:30 and im still not tired.

istg that having to wake up in 5 hours has to be the most awful thing im going to experience this year. i hate school and i wish i could just carry on to having my own life where i decide what i want to learn and where i wanna take first steps in, and when i want to take the last one.

please guys, let me know how i can get used to stop myself to watch tiktok till 3am every night. i need serious help with ts, my phone addiction is killing my life.

i slept in until like 4 pm today it was so relaxing. gonna do that for the rest of the week cause i have no school

i know the negative effects of less sleep are actually awful. its just funny to me how i dream of beatiful things and wake up to my shitty world. i hate my life so much

I have the same thing. It’s gotten better but before I used to spend hours before actually going to sleep just scrolling, sort of repaying for a wasted day. I kinda solved this by realising that scrolling more actually doesn’t make my life better and that I can change my life in many ways to make it cooler myself without needing to see people online and then copy their lifestyles. Hope this hella

I have to "wake up" in an hour and a half knowing I haven't slept at all and I probably wont till atleast 8pm since I usually have a guitar lesson on Tuesdays after school im forced to go to :feelswah::feelswah::feelswah:

First day for me wasn't that bad and i even got a couple People to laugh at my jokes. But in the way home, not one person looked at me. Maybe it was the hair, cause a couple ppl told me it sucks.
But some People even went out of their way to no cross paths with me.
And ofc its 2am while im writing this so the next day is cooked.

I go to sleep 21:15/09:15pm and I’m very easily sensitive with the phone when I’m going to sleep on look at the screen and I’m locked into it, I usually just put it away from my self like on the kitchen table or somewhere it takes time to go to.
