i hate seeing stupid people go unpunished

by this i mean stupid people doing bad things

smart people doing bad things i can respect their ability

dumb or smart people doing good things i can respect their morality and effort

dumb people doing bad things just annoys me

they usually get caught because they are horrible planners

and of the ones who do everything wrong, do every dumb thing, and instead get rewarded at times for their actions (usually a woman), it makes me the most mad

it feels like a crack in the natural order of how an ideal life should go, since it is the one special case that stuff break in

they deserve to go punished for their actions and yet they just slip through

lying in court (not even good lies), cheating, etc

i guess in a way, but its more like (look below)

why is that

it breaks the natural structure required for a society

to have a valid society, people must band together for morality, while accepting limitations to their push (for example, there is no piece of technology, or method of deduction) that can predict crime 100% of the time while also not harming others theough the needs to have that technology run), the way an individual beats this is ideally through effort and intelligence

that is the ideal (ngl i just made that up in my head rn but i do somewhat believe it, maybe with more time i'd be able to create a better definition to a society in my head)

in reality, the society itself has flaws in its push to morality, which creates luck that punishes people not based on morality or intelligence (genetic determinism, luck, cultural values clashing), it breaks all expectations of society and often uses the benefits of society against itself contradicting it

these people are responsible for ruining society and social values

they are responsible for the wrong (and also the inherent flaws in society like genetics etc, but they consciously push for the wrong, unlike the inherent flaws in the structure which are unfixable, for now) that causes most suffering in the modern day, most wars etc are caused by bad people, either smart people which play dumb bad people (still, this requires the proper effort tradeoff, once they die someone else must continue that high effort tradeoff, eventually the thing will end) or dumb people getting lucky (no effort trade off)

mb, usually i'd try and shorten it but today i've had trouble thinking any somewhat deep thoughts

yeah, usually i try and think on a position of myself (i don't like thinking of greater society interpretations since it is essentially politics)

but i saw a lot of threads today that related to this topic so i was js thinking it all of today

by thinking of myself only life is made much easier
