Stupid fucks break both dryers by packing it full with towels and then it's out of commission for 4 days. Then I go to do my laundry and some stupid cunt did the same thing again only the machine stopped prematurely and her shit is still wet and she hasn't come to pick them up for 3+ hours. When she does come back she will probably put them in for another hour. I can't even wash/dry my fucking clothes.

Also there's some disgusting slob in this building because I see small roaches in public areas, have to regularly spray down windows/door/radiators/kitchen/etc.

At least it's rent controlled, if I had to pay the market rate for this apartment I would probably have left Toronto years ago.

A new dryer is $500, cheapskate prick is using 20 year old ones and getting some retarded serbian to try to fix them.
