Every single sound wave that reaches my ear is like a knife to my tympanic membrane.
I can stop moving completely and isolate myself, which isn’t a problem, but the silence only amplifies my tinnitus, which his is why I developed a heavy music addiction.
I could not spend more than 1 regular solitary vacation day without music, not one bus drive, not even one night.
I just play music and sit still in my room until I can't sit still no more and i just end up losing control.
Regular soundwaves are too overstimulating and annoy me.
Constant ringing is actual torture, and loud music doesn't make it better.
