1 inch from 16-17 cause i was doing an 80lb cut
1.5 maybe 2 inches from 15-16, had already started the 80lb cut


i kinda starved myself during my peak height growth years and i still ended up being 6'2 at 18

i may have figured out the new meta to height growth, nuke aromitase activity by losing a fuck load of weight very fast, your bones are desensitized to the amount of estrogen you have and are relying on the constant calories which produce igf1 to keep you growing,

then once you nuke estrogen your oversensitive bones suddenly get 5x less estrogen sealing stimulation

im pretty lean rn so not alot of aromatization, 210mast with 420 test keeps me on the lower side of estrogen on my bloodwork, better for bone potential

i mean i started with mk at 16, then went into gh late 16, mostly in hopes of extra lipolysis and better skin quality

i cant tell if the height i got was because of the gh or because of genetics, i dont think i ran more than 25mg mk or 4iu hgh before i turned 17, it was mostly moderate stuff cause i hadn't discovered the 12iu protocols

probably early mid 17 i started 6iu minimum atleast 5x a week, i also locked in on alot of other shit like diet and training
