My therapist said that the voices i hear are bad but I like them, tomorrow i will start taking methylphenidate again I hope it wont rape my sleep schedule. If it makes that my voices go away then i wont take it!!!!!

I used Medikinet all my life but then after all the years it now gives me insomnia and headaches. Im downgrading to Equasym which is also MPD but 2h less working time. I take it always at 6 am or 7 am after waking up. ahhhh u take ritalin. Hm but ritalin is fast release, i dont like fast release only temporary concentration
