I hate that men nowadays are not allowed to define their own worth

Back in the day a man could finish medchool or lawschool and be a respected doctor. Or become a skilled musician. Or work hard at this craft and achieve status that way.

Point is that status was something you could obtain - in your village, you absolutely could become the best at something. You could become wealthy enough for people to take notice of that.

Nowadays? No-one gives a fuck if you finished a hard school. No-one gives a fuck if you're "good" at something. It's not possible to elevate yourself into the upper echelons of any given field you choose, because the bar which you have to cross is infinitely higher (to the point of competing with men all over the globe). No longer being skilled will give you status and respect, you have to be in the top 1%, internationally popular, best of the best for people to even take notice.
A good job won't give you shit except more disposable cash to blow on copes, the bar to become rich enough for people to consider you rich is in the millions - aka unattainable for pretty much everyone.

Where does that leave us? With the fact that your looks (and other inherent characteristics like charisma) define pretty much everything. Lucky roll, defines your entire worth. You cannot change it, becoming a doctor won't mean shit to women (and men alike). Being distinguished in a field will have meaning to only a very few people, whom of which none are women - most likely other incels who hoped to attain some status.

Today, nothing you can do is exceptional

In the modern era a man has been reduced to the position of a woman

Because all that is man made cope. Your worth is your face. Always has been and always will.
This never was true, in older eras a man was valued for his achievements, today he is valued only for his genetics, unless his achievements are unattainably exceptional

I mean I agree that your mindset, willpower, talents etc.. are determined by genetics and environment, but even still it gives you more control than just rolling being 5'6 and untouchable

Male beauty has always been valued, why do you think Augustus was frauding his statues?
The statue is an idealized image of Augustus showing a standard pose of a Roman orator[3] and based on the 5th-century BC statue of the Spear Bearer or Doryphoros by the sculptor Polykleitos.

Furthermore, I think intelligence is still a hailo in the modern society, even if face is more important. Low IQ Chad would have more appeal than a high IQ normie for sure, but he would get mogged in turn by a high IQ Chad, at least in terms of appeal to high-class Stacies.

One of the reason I'm such a loser is the fact I'm a low IQ imbecile, so I really don't get people who claim intelligence is a failo or is not valued in the society.

It's definitely possible but, as you said, a lot harder. You need to become incredibly wealthy or be at the absolute top of your profession. Difficult to achieve by being an employee unless you are a CEO, top lawyer, top doctor, etc.

it's best to discover one's talent and pursue related career, medicine is a field not worthy of pursuing (boring, long shifts,)

I wish all men could work together to fix society. But it may be beyond repair :(
