I don’t get how people do weightlifting for years or even decades. I always end up quitting after some months because I barely see progress and it‘s just torture in general.

My gym membership is ending next March and I started lifting again since last week but I am already demotivated again after going like 4 times because it just feels pointless. My genes don’t seem suited to build muscle and I just hate the activity itself so that doesn’t help either.

I would honestly just like to take steroids to speed it up or make progress even if I decided to not workout anymore and still make gains but I also hate idea the longer I think about it because of the repercussions that could potentially and probably would happen.

It‘s just over because I can’t motivate myself for this shit.

Could be the case but I still mog all the gym-goers because of my height and more attractive face.

I do criminal stuff a lot I mean that would mean I have more testosterone than the average gymcel kinda because they‘re too high-inhib to do stuff that I do.

Gym is largely useless anyhow. Muscles are less important than face, height, phenotype, and race. The ultimate goal is to get lean. Never take steroids because they can ruin your hair, give you acne, bloat your face, and sometimes lead you to death.

If you have a low body fat percentage, your job is pretty much done. What else would you accomplish at the gym? Bulky legs so your penis looks smaller? You are looking at a two-year commitment in order to get big, probably more if you are tall. Then after you reach the body of your dreams? It is arguable whether young women care. Leanness is important. The rest is unnecessary.
 
I hate gym too which is why I don’t go. There is other forms of exercise. Exercising for looks is retarded, but for health is good

I have trouble with getting lean. My face looks already kinda hollow/sunken in (has that ogee curve). I suspect I‘m somewhere between 15-18% body fat. Most is still at the stomach and chest area and the rest of the body.

I eat a carnivore diet for the most part.

its not cope if ur getting teased by other guys and are not able to defend yourself physically you are not attractive

the universal trait i've seen of ppl who slay in my school is them being agressive and ready to fight at all times. there are some other gl guys but they are pussies and therefore get less pussy

if you're going consistently and don't see progress either you're not eating properly or not going as hard in the gym or a mix of both

genetics play a factor you can't change but change up the workouts and watch what your eating see if that changes
