also the main problem with those types of servers is that theres so much fucking people typing at once its impossible to talk to anyone. .org is pretty good in terms of formatting but i just try to stay off of here because it can really consume a lot of your time. better to do more fun things like video games

Literally my guy, just way to fast paced even with slow mode it gets pretty damn cluttered and no real discussions can be had anymore.

Straight up to big of a server for its own good.

So it's fucking useless if you want anything meaningful coming out of it.

And yeah totally man, finding a good balance with org and real life is key. Fun but doing it way to much overexert you from exhaustion which is has for me a few times.

In that case I would just perform mod duties and not yap to much in offtopic and play a game after all is said and done.
