also when you're in a group chat reading and then someones bitmoji pops up and youre starting at that fucking bitmoji the way its hiding behind that bar and then its staring back at you with its retarded fucking bitmoji eyes

also when ur sending a msg to a friend and they open b4 ur finished typing, and u just see them staring you down while u rush to finish the msg

That is typing... notification is also annoying as fuck, sometimes you miss click on someone and accidentally press one letter and they get sent a notification. Such a shitty feature

I don't know how snapchat works, it's rarely used in my country but can't you do the same like in a regular conversation with people, when you just show up and be like:
"Hey-hey-hey, what's up everybody, what you've been talking about until now!?".
