theres a lot of physical therapy/dentist type specialists who can treat these. try seeing one in your area?

Go to a maxillofacial

I went too late and they said all they can do is splint it and just live with it till i die

I will be looking into surgery when im older defo

if its muscular, theoretically you could cure it/treat it conservatively. if you have actual joint damage, then surgery is probably your only choice

They said they will not be considering surgery because im still a teen - but if it starts to get worse thne they'll look into it
