In most other countries, you can just swap out the SIM card and use any carrier you want but in burgerland they lock phones to keep customers tied to their network. Many phones can only be bought exclusively from carriers. Sprint used to do this. Some of these networks like AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon don't even have coverage in many areas but they don’t care. It’s all about squeezing more money out of people with contracts and restrictions. Even when you pay off the phone these Jews will still make you jump through hoops to unlock it. What an utter scam.
