I hate video presentations

Have to make a 10 minute video presentation for school

Any other autists have any tips on how to do these without sounding so autistic? I’m so insecure that I can’t even have the camera in selfie mode I have to turn it around so I can’t see myself. Anyways the main thing is I get so caught up in insecurity that I forget what to say, even the most basic sentences I forget because of how anxious my mind gets.

This advice usually doesnt help but still, no one actually cares, they will forget about it straight after the class. Its normal to be nervous. They are thinking about themselves and their own presentation

Yeah the funny thing is it’s only like 20% of the grade for the project so it really doesn’t matter I’m gonna pass the class anyway I just have this insane mental block about damaging my ego anymore
