I get anxious literally every time a car passes by that it's a group of kids my age judging me. Sometimes I calculate it and speed up or slow down in order to be concealed by a parked car or tree. It's less that I hate walking outside and more that I hate myself and my current situation. Getting a walking pad was the best purchase I ever made.
