increase your potassium then. I eat high sodium foods too but I also drink 1L of coconut water almost every day along with 2-3 bananas

yeah i would but coconut water is so expensive. im currently saving up for a perm and some contact lenses.
i would have to spend 17bucks a week to drink 1lt of coconut everyday. thats 68 dollars a month
considering my monthly salary is like 200 dollars from my dad
one third of my income is gonna be wasted to ascend my psl by 0.25 temporarily

im probally gonna buy some pottasium pills soon. im already looking in to diuretics and stuff
its only a matter of time for me to order pottasium+other ascending nutrients/electrolytes in the form of a pill

it would also have way less calories overtime and probally be cheaper and more practical

thats like 75liters of coconut water for practically 0 calories and just 10 dollars
even if i took 2 pills a day it would last me 3months. just 10 dollars
