You can get out of it. I was living in fucked up childhood and I remember I felt that. When girl touched me I thought she is weird instead of she is buliding comfort like most people think. After some time you get used to it. You probably have some childhood trauma/autism and that's the reason. It's normal to touch other people, men and women do it.
