shit tier hair quality (always looks dry and frizzy as shit)

its insane actually how shit my hair genetics are, and ironically its the thing that gets me the most compliments by girls LOL

how often do you wash it with shampoo?

i try to avoid shampoo, last time i washed it was like 3 weeks ago (not sure why i did it tbh)
whenever i do that, it removes the natural oils from my scalp and my hair becomes even more thin and volumeless. i cant afford shampooing, noshampoo looks better in every aspect
