I have 2 very different side profiles

Could be natural asymmetry, your chewing habits, sleeping position, or just your anatomy. You might also have some degree of bite misalignment

Ah gotcha, I am looking to get a full skull scan to determine whether it's the soft tissue or bones that is causing the asymmetry, also I think my left side(bottom pic) looks way better than the right, thus I am thinking of getting Botox in my right masseter, what do u think ?

I agree I think the left side looks better too, but it’s hard to say for sure right now. I’d get the scan first and figure out what’s actually causing the asymmetry, then consider botox afterward. Or else it'll look weird when you got botox but don't know where's the problem come from
