I have 20K euro These are my CT scans could you tell me what I would likely need according to you guys I humbly ask for your opinions

Hello, the title says it pretty well.
I have 20k and the option to take on a 15K loan aka credit.

I already had consults with surgeons. I’ve been told my infras are very good but that my chin is recessed, my jaw asymmetric, and for the eyes that I would benefit from ptosis correction, under eye fat grafts for bone support, and either canthoplasty or canthopexy.

The surgeons say different things when it comes to the eyes.

Some users told me I have mogger orbits and I’ve been recommended jaw angle implants by users often, but the surgeons I consulted with said I should see if I will even need jaw angle implants after ascension.

But I also know surgeons will always wanna play it safe so they don’t get sued and prefer for you to already know what you wanna get and tell them what you want them to do without them really wanting to recommend you stuff.

Could you guys please give me your input about what would ascend me and why according to my CT scan?

I wanna get the surgeries as fast as possible and I am committed. I thank you guys in advance please dont troll I will share my ascension details if everything goes according to plan.

Ask giant, he’s the only one who’s done the lf2 but I believe he already did all of that in one surgery before
