I have 3 days guys to debloat

I think tomorrow i wont eat just do a water fast or should i do 2-3 days water fasting ?
(Water plus coffee)
Thoughts?

My face rn is really puffy cuz i was on a holiday etc

Just dont listen to people telling u to use anything unnatural not worth fucking up ur liver completely resulting in more bloating long term

sauna could help if u have access to one (if not then just lots of cardio) but i think 2-3 days water fast is a bit overkill. just eat cleaner than usual
