Have a similar post but no one replied. I have 3 Months to lose weight for football season I’m trying to get to like 200-180 I’m like 230 right now and 5’10 16, is there any quick way to do it? It’s hard because I keep going off diet and not counting calories. Can someone help me. I also plan on running test and Ai to help me with the weight and hopefully height
