The changes I am making go as follows:
(The blood test was taken before I began to implement these)
Switching from polyester to 100% cotton boxers, bed sheets, duvet cover.
Switching from generic drugstore shampoo, soap and deodorant to brands with as few microplastics and pollutants as possible.
Making sure I reach at least 90% RDA on every vitamin and mineral, with most of them being slightly over 100%
Sleeping 8-10 hours a night, aiming for the higher end.
Exercising intensely 6 days a week.
Supplementing ashwagandha and nutrients which are almost impossible for me to get naturally (Vitamin K2, Vitamin D (very little sun in my country), Magnesium)
Glass water bottle instead of plastic
Metal/wooden kitchen appliances instead of plastic
Filtering pollutants from tap water
No junk food, only drinking milk and water
Trying to avoid processed foods (impossible to do completely due to plastic packaging on my beef, but I am on a budget unfortunately)
Creatine for DHT (m-m-muh male pattern baldness )
Caffeine and capsaicin daily
Ejaculating once a week for sexual health
Mild calorie surplus
Lots of water.
What other changes can be made? I do not have the funds for tongkat ali or fadogia agrestis.
How high do you reckon I could increase my Testosterone to? Given I have 611ng/dl DURING high exposure to microplastics, poor diet, poor sleep, sedentary lifestyle.
