Because these fuckers can't seem to give me any shifts, or get me on a fixed contract

They hired a bunch of new 0 hour contract people, and the full timers seem to be getting a bunch of overtime shifts too, even tho us 0 hour workers are meant to take priority

It's bullshit. I guarantee most of the full timers are working at least 1 overtime shifts in those 9 days I haven't got any

My dad was raging about it yesterday. Not hardcore raging, but irritated and telling me I needed to get something else. Yes, or they could give me a fixed contract which the supervisor said was available, but the manager said wasn't. Or just give me some more shifts instead of giving them to people who are already working 42 hour weeks

There's another 0 hour contract guy who's in there almost every time I go in, and often works 6+ days in a row apparently. And yet I don't get any shifts despite asking for more? I think the manager just realises I'm a dosser (yet so are most of them)
