I have a 13 year old brother, and I want to ascend him and do whats best for him.

I am a 6ft filipino, and currently he is atm 5'9, he hasnt hit his growth spurt and he is skinny fat, and chubby on the face, how can I do whats best for him and what habits should I put him on early?

What's the goal here, does he have any health issues or bad habits? At 13 there's not much you can do besides the basic foundational elements sleep, proper nutrition, low amounts of stress and avoiding drugs, alcohol, smoking.

I want whats better for him, if there is any way I can maximize his height or bone mass it would be appriecated

get him to start smoking cigarettes

Yeah just don't play with his health, especially by using substances without knowledge. If he's really only 13 just make sure he gets all the nutrients he needs and quality sleep.

Generally just good sleep, avoiding any all nighters, fixing any deficiencies he may have (he can check by getting bloodwork done), having a good diet, not being fat as fuck, and weightlifting & doing sports. Thats most of what matters during puberty
