Oh I also forgot habits from the age of 0-6 like sucking your thumb or being fed with the bottle all the time.

Diet can dramatically impact your craniofacial structure in the early years of your life, if you have a low protein, high sugar diet for example and you don't chew hard food often, chances are high that even with good genetics you won't reach your potential or get craniofacial problems, like an underbite/overbite.
