you can always try to bonesmash, I actually noticed the biggest change to my brow ridge when I started to bonesmash, but results vary on age so use with caution

in general just do it slowly with care and coordination, instead of striking down onto the brow towards the eye, you can try to smash upward, avoiding the eye entirely and only hitting the ridge, I like to use my fist because I feel that it gives me the most control and accuracy
