I have a cold wallet and i use coinbase to buy in the UK. BUT CANT BUY!!!

UK doesnt allow me to use other apps like binance and shit. Cant buy PAAL AI and ASI on coinbase. (Which is the only one i can use)

Do you have any other reccomendations? I want to buy PAAL and ASI
