I cannot stress this enough, if you have a jaw surgery consultation, make an ideal morph of your profile beforehand(or have someone else do it) and tell the surgeon "This is what I want to look like after, is this possible?"

A morph will do all the talking for you, cause everyone here wants to get jaw surgery for aesthetics and not functional.
