You should be in control

Also show him pictures what you want, if thats possible, be friendly and show him he shouldnt mess with you(so he knows there are consequences if he lies to you or fucks you up)

I meant that he should lie about his status for example so the surgeon knows he can ruin his reputation/entire career or ER tbh
