Maxillary yaw. Probably around 4-5° which is more than enough to get bimax for completely free

I need it. Probably the source of my scoliosis, foot pain, congestion, post nasal drip.

Really dont even want to go through the hurdle though. Double jaw surgery is no joke but my symptoms are getting really bad

Yea ill look a little better. But the main thing theyll be fixing is asymmetry, because im not even recessed.

So maybe 0.3-0.4Psl boost we hope? :feelshah:

You could see it as that. But it will really how my face always shouldve looked.

I had a brutal bicycle crash at 7 which probably stunted the growth of one side of my maxilla making it twist and go all asymmetrical

So basically im recessed on one side of my face

what's that
My maxilla is recessed on one side from a childhood injury.

As a result its twisted giving me an underbite on the recessed side and overbite on the projected side

Also lots of issues with my nose and asymmetrical compensatory body problems

I have a small midline shift. But they honestly look fine unless you know what to look for

Look at how the upper vs lower midline line up. Thats the maxilla being rotated in one direction and the mandible not quite following suit

Brutal ngl.

But are you sure youre not dealing with any functional issues because of it?
Id get a sleep study with the mess youre describing

99.9% chance you dont. More likely to just just generalized asymmetry or a mandibular yaw

Do you have a class 3 on one side and class 2 on the other? And is the class 3 the recessed side?

99.9% chance you dont. Its not the same as just an asymmetrical face or midline shift

Cheekbone is recessed on one side and not on the other, gonial angles are massively different and left ramus is extremely small and underdeveloped, I have a compensated bite with straight teeth though? My maxilla is legitimately more recessed on one side vs the other, there’s asymmetric load when biting, visiting a tmj specialist soon to see what I can do about it or if I’ll be fine

Show me your teeth like this real quick on your recessed side and then the forward grown side

Very hard for me to open my mouth that much especially on the recessed side it gets stuck, pic where my eyes are visible is forward grown and pic where they aren’t is recessed

Very possible you got it too. Overlayed your recessed side and the lower teeth did look more forward.

So yea, get it checked lol

Yeah I definitely think I have it, dentist noted something very odd in my X-rays and said to ask a tmj specialist to check me

Any clue what causes it? Early childhood injury?
