I have no idea tbh I did take a lot psychedelics and drugs during that time also didn’t help because I have ego problems I almost went to jail got caught with guns in my car stole a car and did more fuck shit

Definitely the drugs. I've had loads of episodes from different psychedelics so I stopped taking them.
As hard as it is, have you considered quitting?

Yes I been sober for a year
