What's the most you've won?

Like 2000 euros on some golf.

But Im not rich so I dont stake too much. Just around half of what I have had for the past 5 years or so.

I don't lose too much at once because I can never have too much at once.

I think I have lost around 8k euros in the past 8 years of gambling.

That's a rough estimate but seems about right.

I cant stop because it's one of the few things that excites me and I know a big win is around the corner.

If you are losing a lot more than you are winning it can be a problem

But do you think it will improve your quality of life if you quit?

Nothing wrong with it....As long as you're winning and making money.
Are you making money?

Probably tbh.

It's a cycle for me. Feel like shit>cope with betting> feel even worse> bet more> lose everything.

Also who isn't losing more than they are winning?

Then it wouldnt be an addiction. It would be a job.

I would drink more but I get horrible hangovers with severe headaches and vomiting.

It's not really worth it for me.

I do both of that.

I don't think you can substitute gambling addiction like that.

It's a dopamine rush addiction which is unparalled by things like that. Only thing that can save me is a foid. That's also the reason I do it. I feel empty from all the rejection and I look for dopamine any way I can get it.

But thanks for the advice.
