I have a good side profile..

my maxilla is developed really well. I have a forward grown jaw and my chin is projecting however I have a low hyoid bone and my mandible is slightly recessed. It makes my side profile look worse than it is, especially when I am tilting my head down. What surgeries to get rid of a recessed mandible and low hyoid bone?

Mewing can move your hyoid bone higher and for the recessed mandible bsso is the only option
