70 percent of the time you can’t tell someone’s potential. For example if you showed a picture of hexum during high school not a single person here would say he’s got chad potential or even htn potential.

So next time you say someone is capped at mtn or ltn think twice. Only exception is if they have a fucked flaw which is truly unfixable but you would be suprised how many mtn teenagers could reach htn
