I used to be giga obsessed with height at 184 morning paranoid constantly would spend like an hr a day remeasuring my height it was awful

Then i grew to 189 (i made this account at 186 hence the username) and I'm no longer insecure or have many thoughts about it now but still gigaheightpilled

The good news is, the failo of being short is WAY stronger than the halo of being tall, life quality diff from 5'7 to 5'9 id say is similar from 5'11 to 6'4

Every inch you gain from 0'0 to 6'4 gets exponentially less and less important in your quality of life, above 6'7 it gets exponentially worse, 6'2 > 6'9, 6'5 to 6'7 still gaining lots of appeal to tall women

So you're not missing out on that much, perfect posture will give you +0.8cm in height perception(assuming you look like you don't have perfect posture by tilting your head down slightly), average male zoomer wears 2.5cm shoes, if you wear 4.5cm then that's initially+2cm, people will subconsciously and consciously see you have taller shoes making it +1.5 roughly and averaging out all the times you don't wear shoes that's also +0.8cm long term in height perception, don't wear lifts I've had very awful experiences with people finding out and they fucked my feet, this way you can be completely NT and still gain +1.5cm of height permanently which is what you're looking for to squeeze into being a tallfag
