Jaw angle implant on one side perhaps, hard to say since there more to it than just that. Do you have a crossbite etc? Pics would help

Maybe just fat distribution can be that. Also jaw is narrow, i see recession in infras. Maybe ull grow in puberty but if not Lefort, BSSO chin, infra, zygo implants wouls also help
