Are you looking for surgical or style? Style wise I think long hair will help to balance out a long face but long straight hair is hard to maintain with curly hair. Either you'll have to keep frying it with a straightener, douse it in chemicals, or wear a wig. As for surgical solutions implants or fillers are an option to widen out the face and make it appear more balanced. There are GL people with long faces and this is usually because they have robust facial width that balances out their longer proportions.
