I went to take a piss and noticed an odd lump on my right testicle. I felt it and it was soft and painless

Is it cancer or something. I’m starting to get worried. Should I see a doctor?!

It’s on the actual ball, not the scrotum. I’m gonna ask the hospital to get a cure doctor for my ball inspection tomorrow
