so basically i model for alot of streetwear brands in london. what can i do before i go to sleep rn and also do tmrw morning to make sure i look my best? in the morning i already put on moisturiser and do lymphatic drainage and also take dandelion root and potassium, what else can i do? any advice is appreciated thanks

drink lots of water, don't eat too much, maybe even not at all. you can take a cold shower in order to tighten your skin
