I have a narrow head and it wasn't due to genetics

My biggest flaw in my front profile is my fhtw ratio. Now the weird thing is that in the camera i notice it very subtly, however in the mirror i dont notice it all. Now I dont think it was due to genetics but rather poor habits growing up. Everyone in my family has ideal fhtw ratio with mroe rounded faces. But i was the one cursed with the longest nose + narrow ass head. I mean could it be because i am 107 lbs, 5"8? What should i do?
