I haven’t made any progress on my lat pulldown strength in months even though my other lifts go up. Even my other back movements. Any tips?

Mb bro. You gotta be doing something wrong. Not eating enough, not doing the exercise correctly ect ect. If nothing works maybe try hopping on test.

Look at ur set/rep volume, or idk is ur forearm weak?
Even though the lats produce more force than the forearms, grip is still extremely important, in which case u can use a strap.
