I have a problem with the left ear

I'm hearing impaired now, maybe due to an infection or illness idk. Could be cancer or a tumor, who knows. Been going on for a couple of days. That's why I only use the right side earpod now. To let the left ear heal and recover.

I always feared I had a brain tumor. I still believe I do, but at this point it’s probably too big to take out. I’m a dead man walking

Nutmeg is a healing herb and I never take more than 1 everyday. That's quite a lot, but I don't think it has anything to do with it. Probably I've just been listening to music too loudly and too much. I even fell asleep with it and I hit my head during a sleep paralysis episode.
