idk i just happned i was sitting on my laptop the whole day ig that the only thign and there was no light in my room for some time so ye

In that case it most likely will go away. It happened to me a couple of times and the next day after a good sleep I didnt really have any redness in my eyes.

get sunlight and dont stare at a screen all day limit screen time at 3 hrs if possible and sleep
